Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with us, and the choices and rights available to you.

Last updated:

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Parkers Consultancy is responsible for deciding how personal information submitted through this website is used. This policy covers our website and enquiries about our services. A separate notice or agreement may apply when we deliver a client project or when you use a separate product.

For privacy questions or requests, email contact@parkersconsultancy.com. Our UK contact address is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom.

2. Information we collect

  • Enquiries: your name, email address, selected service, project message, and information you provide in follow-up correspondence.
  • Bookings: contact details, appointment information, and answers you choose to provide when booking a call through Cal.com.
  • Technical information: connection and request information needed to deliver and protect the website. Our contact form uses IP-derived information to limit abusive submissions.
  • Restricted administration: authorised staff account and session information used to manage website content. Visitors do not need an account to submit an enquiry.

Providing an enquiry is optional. We need the required contact fields to respond to your request. Please keep your message relevant to your project and avoid sending passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information.

3. Why we use information

We use your details to respond to enquiries, discuss requirements, arrange calls, prepare proposals, and manage the resulting business relationship.

  • Steps towards a contract: where you ask us about services you may purchase personally, we use the information needed to respond and prepare an engagement.
  • Legitimate interests: we use relevant business contact information to communicate with prospective clients and use limited technical information to maintain a secure, functioning website and prevent spam. These interests must be balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligations: we retain or disclose information where required by applicable law.

Submitting the enquiry form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Where we rely on consent for a separate activity, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Who receives information

Relevant Parkers Consultancy team members use enquiry information to handle your request. Website hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, and mailbox providers process information needed to operate those services.

The contact form sends your enquiry to our business email using Resend. See the Resend privacy policy (opens in a new tab) for information about its handling of personal data.

Our call-booking links take you to Cal.com. Booking information is handled through that service and shared with us to arrange your appointment. See the Cal.com privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations or legal claims. Links to social networks, portfolio websites, and separate products lead to services with their own privacy notices.

5. International processing

Our team and service providers may handle information in countries other than the country where you live. The location depends on the service and the team handling your request.

Where applicable data protection law restricts an international transfer, an appropriate transfer arrangement is required, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the processing locations and safeguards applicable to your information.

6. How long information is kept

Retention depends on the purpose of the information. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond, manage relevant follow-up, and maintain records of the resulting relationship.

Factors include whether an enquiry remains active, whether it leads to a project, contractual and accounting requirements, and whether information is needed to establish or resolve a legal claim. We retain information only for those purposes and applicable legal requirements.

Contact us if you need the retention criteria applicable to a particular enquiry or wish to request deletion.

7. Cookies and security

Restricted administrator sign-in uses authentication cookies to manage sessions. The public enquiry form does not require an account. We do not currently include advertising or analytics trackers in our public website pages.

Third-party booking services and social websites may use their own cookies when you visit them. Their notices and settings explain those choices. You can also manage cookies through your browser.

Our contact form validates submissions and applies measures to reduce spam and repeated abusive requests. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so please only send information needed for your enquiry.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies and the basis for processing, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of use, or a portable copy. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where consent is used.

Email contact@parkersconsultancy.com to make a request. We may need information to verify your identity. Some rights have exceptions, including where records must be kept to meet a legal obligation.

We do not use contact-form submissions for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

You can raise a concern with us or with the relevant data protection authority. For UK matters, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (opens in a new tab).

9. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, providers, or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Where a change requires additional information or consent, it will be addressed at the relevant collection point.

For the terms that apply to using this website, read our Terms & Conditions.
