Terms & Conditions

Clear terms for using our website, exploring our work, and getting in touch about your next project.

1. About these terms

These terms explain the permitted use of the Parkers Consultancy website and its information, enquiry form, and links. Please read them before using the website.

Questions can be sent to contact@parkersconsultancy.com. Our UK contact address is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom.

2. Website information and project agreements

The website introduces our services, products, and portfolio. Its content is general information and is not a project-specific quotation, a promise of availability, or a guarantee of a particular business result.

Submitting an enquiry or booking an introductory call does not by itself create a paid services agreement. Project scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedules, timescales, intellectual property arrangements, and cancellation terms must be set out in a separate agreed proposal or contract.

For an agreed engagement, the project contract governs those project-specific matters. These website terms do not override that contract or any rights that applicable law gives you.

3. Acceptable use

You may use this website to learn about our work and contact us for legitimate purposes. You must not:

  • Use it for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
  • Submit malicious code, spam, or information that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, administration tools, servers, or data.
  • Disrupt the website or bypass its security and abuse-prevention measures.

We may restrict abusive access where reasonably necessary to protect the website and its users.

4. Enquiries and information you submit

Please provide accurate contact details and only share material you are entitled to disclose. Initial messages should describe your requirements without including passwords, payment card details, or confidential material that requires a separate confidentiality agreement.

You retain ownership of material you submit. We may use that material as needed to review and respond to your enquiry. Any broader rights needed for a project should be agreed separately.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Website content and intellectual property

Website text, designs, graphics, and other materials belong to Parkers Consultancy or their respective owners and licensors. Client names, logos, product marks, and third-party assets remain the property of their owners.

You may view the website and keep reasonable copies for personal reference or evaluating our services. Commercial republication, resale, or reuse of protected materials requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits that use.

Portfolio examples show selected work. They do not transfer ownership or grant rights to reuse a client’s branding, design, content, or software.

6. Products and third-party services

The website links to product websites, client projects, social networks, and Cal.com for booking calls. Those destinations may have their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, and availability.

A product marked “Upcoming” is not being offered as an available service through this website. Features and launch information may change before release.

We do not control the content or operation of third-party destinations. Review their terms before using them or sharing information.

7. Availability, information, and responsibility

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may change or contain errors. Please confirm details that matter to a purchasing or project decision directly with us. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults, or reasons outside our control.

Website material is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. Any commitments about the delivery, performance, or support of paid services belong in the applicable project agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer and other statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Changes, questions, and disputes

We may update the website and these terms. The date above identifies this version. Changes to website terms do not retrospectively amend an existing project contract.

If you have a concern about the website, contact contact@parkersconsultancy.com so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not restrict any right to seek a remedy through the courts or authorities available under applicable law. Any governing-law and jurisdiction provisions for a paid engagement should be specified in its separate contract.
